First edition of Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas! with first edition dust jacket. Wear at top and bottom of spine and corners of dust jacket, boards only slightly worn at corners. Small stains on both front and back of dust jacket, not large or dark. Very mild sun damage on spine. Binding is still tight, all pages in great condition. Wear is mostly from age instead of heavy use. Small sticker at bottom left corner of back boards reading "Hudson's Bookshop, Detroit." Contains all first edition points: 250/250 retail price on dust jacket (not clipped), 14 books listen on dust jacket and 13 in the book itself. A great copy for any collector!
